Probably the most important bit of information we found was: If a ranch is enrolled into the Block Management Program and there is BLM land on or bordering that ranch, that BLM land is NOT OPEN to public access. With a mild winter and wet spring, I really think there could be some gems in these hills for those who hunt hard this fall.
